What we do
We don't sell equipment. We solve the room.
An interval is the unit of contrast therapy — heat, cold, rest, repeat. It's also how we think about a room: not as a list of products, but as a sequence that has to work together in a real space, with real dimensions, real electrical, and real drainage.
We don't manufacture anything. That means we have no reason to recommend anything other than the right thing. We select across manufacturers, design the room around your space and your budget, and deliver it as one project rather than four separate purchases you have to coordinate yourself.
Projects typically run between $10,000 and $35,000, in spare rooms, garages, basements, and pool houses.
